PRICE DROP #2 - 120 Inglewood Drive - MOORE PARK (2 Comments)

In December 2015, I posted this 7+2 bedroom, 13 bathroom house on a 155.29 x 246.67 foot lot at 120 Inglewood Drive in Moore Park.

It was apparently the home of Gina Lollobrigida, a famous Hollywood actress who moved to Toronto with then husband, Dr. Milko Skofic in 1960.  She starred in The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Flacon Crest.  And she had an appearance on The Love Boat...

She and Skofic divorced in 1971 and apparently the house was sold and is now owned by the son of the founder of Wardair (according to a reader).

It was a big house on a big ravine lot but $16,800,000!?!  I thought that was crazy.

It didn't sell the price was dropped in June 2016 to To $14,880,000.  In April of this year, it had another price drop...but the $80,000 drop was so ridiculous, I didn't post it.  

But I am posting the still crazy price of $14,800,000 today because...

Today is Gina Lollobrigida's 90th birthday!
