164 Langley Avenue - RIVERDALE (1 Comment)
Last week, I posted a house at 163 Langley Avenue in Riverdale...
In that post, I mentioned the 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 16.17 x 118 foot lot with 1 parking spoth across the street at 164 Langley Avenue that was listed a year ago. It was a house with 2 kitchens that needed work to turn it into a single family house.

It has now been flipped and came back on the market the day after I posted the house at 163.
It is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi and for the most part, it is a good house. I'm not crazy about the floors and the fact that the kitchen doesn't open to the backyard. But I suppose that little area makes a good mudroom.
The bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms are good. But not a lot was done to the backyard. They redid that mudroom area but didn't even paint the back wall. That would have made a huge difference.
But overall, it's a good house.
Last year, the house was listed at $850,000. It sold for $1,128,000.
The house across the street that is move-right-in but slightly dated at 163 Langley Avenue is listed at $1,179,000.
This house that is slightly bigger and brand new is listed at...
$1,469,000.
