It's a great looking house inside and out.

It has the kitchen at the front which I don't usually love but, in this case, it is nice to have the living room at the back with the big glass doors to get the light.  And it has good floors.

Upstairs, the listing says there are 3 rooms on the second floor and the master on the third floor, but one of those 3 rooms is only big enough for a crib.  If you have 3 bigger kids, that probably wouldn't work but it could be a good office with 2 kids or less...or a baby's room as it is now.

The master suite on the third floor is bright with a large washroom.  But there doesn't seem to be a closet anywhere which is why I guess they keep their clothes in the dryer...

Other than a small 3rd bedroom and seemingly no closet on the third floor, this is a really good house.

This will probably sell fast and maybe closer to $1,930,000.
