130 Boul. Beaconsfield - BEACONSFIELD
This is a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 47,000 square foot waterfront lot at 130 Boul. Beaconsfield in Beaconsfield, Quebec, just outside of Montreal.
I am not crazy about the furniture or the amount of tile throughout the first floor, but it is a really good house overall.
The layout with the family room not on the water and the kitchen being so large with no family room is kind of odd but I suppose it is big enough for a table and a couple of couches. And looks kind of echo-y. Perhaps adding a carpet in the kitchen would make it less echo-y (at least it looks echo-y). Also, the railing isn't exactly child friendly but that could be changed.
Overall, if you are looking for a waterfront property outside of Montreal, in a family friendly neighbourhood, this is a good option.
But it might be priced a little high because this has been on the market for at least a year when this video was posted...
