This is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with 4 parking spots on a 40 x 138.16 foot lot at 166 Douglas Drive in north Rosedale.
And if it looks familiar, it's because it was listed in October 2015 when the asking price was initially $3,488,000. It sat for months with the price being increased at some point to $3,588,000 (interesting strategy).

It finally sold at the end of August 2016. From what I remember, it wasn't quite at list but it was higher than I thought it would be.
It is now back on the market after only a year and a half. And I am wondering if something happened with that sale because the tv in the second floor family room is still there and so is all the gym equiment in the basement. And I'm pretty sure all that furniture is the Throw Pillow Stager's furniture (the pillows definitely are).
The only change is that the garage has been converted into a music studio...
It is now back on the market for what I think is an approximate 15% increase. The new asking price is...
$3,888,000.
Maybe they should add a few of these into the 'EXTRAS'...
