It is a house that I posted over 2 years ago when it looked like this...

So, not much has changed on the outside other than removing that grey paint from the brick at the bottom of the posts.

In the summer of 2015, it was listed at $1,149,000.  It sold fast and a little under $100,000 over ask.

With a new kitchen, a new closet and ensuite bathroom and the addition of another bathroom, and an overall clean up of the house (see straight walls, new doors and floors)...

This house is now listed at $1,884,900.

That might be a little much for only 2 years despite the updates.

And considering it has been listed since November, it might need a price drop.
