This is a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom detached house on a 25 x 102 foot lot with 1 parking spot at 216 Lee Avenue in the Beaches.
It is a new build on a lot where the house used to look like this...
isn't a new build but a rebuild and the garage is now located where the living room woould have been.
It is now a large house spanning 5 floors.
From the photos, I wasn't crazy about it. Because of the garage, the first floor is kind of squished with a small dining table and 2 chairs and the living room being located in the floor below. I don't love that but if you take a look at the dollhouse tour (click photo below to view), it could work...
There are lots of bedrooms, it is new and incorporates 'integrated smart electronic features', there is a garage.
But according to the date of the posting of this video...
It has been listed since at least October.
So, why hasn't it sold?
Well, perhaps people aren't so crazy about this...
What is with that pea gravel? Why not use stone for the whole thing? It feels like a cheap shortcut.
Not to mention this view...
But it is a good house overall and if the living room being located a floor below the dining room and kitchen doesn't bother you, it offers lots of space. Not to mention that the taxes are only $2,178...for now.
It is listed at $2,688,000.
Is it time for a price drop? Maybe.
P.S. I wonder what the neighbours at 218 Lee Avenue...
Think about this 5 storey house being built next door.
