This is a 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi with 1 parking spot on a 17.60 x 125.40 foot lot at 476 Markham Street in Harbord Village.
It is a house that looked like this in 2015...
So, I guess it is a flip. And it is a good flip. I like all the finishes. There are a few things I would change like putting a film on the front door and maybe creating a more private third floor.
But overall, this is a great house with an interesting solution for boot and coat storage in the living room. Each bedroom has a bathroom. And if you wanted to create another small bedroom where that family room is in the second floor, that bathroom could be used as a Jack and Jill bathroom (or a Brenda/Brandon bathroom).
The only thing is this thing in the kitchen...
That is the stairwell bump out leading to the separate basement apartment. The income option is great and as far as a basement apartment goes, this is a good one and would probably rent for a high amount. But if you want to be able to use that basement, I have no idea how you would change that to create stairs from inside. That could be a downside for some people.
Otherwise, it's a great house.
The asking price is...
$2,000,000.
With no proper back fence or landscaping...
And with only 3 bedrooms, that might be tough.
