This is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi (yes, semi) on a 41.38 x 241 foot lot at 123 South Drive in south Rosedale in Toronto.

And it is a really good house.

It is bright. The rooms are all a good size. The master bathroom is located through the walk-in closet, not the other way around. There is a big basement. The backyard is big. There is lots of parking and a garage.

But my favourite part of this house and why I am posting it is because of the family room on the second floor…

It’s amazing and my only complaint would be that the tv isn’t big enough.

I am not super crazy about the kitchen or that faucet but it is a good kitchen with high end appliances. And the whole room is great for entertaining with the huge windows and doors to the backyard.

A few months ago, the attached house at 125 South Drive that looked like this…

Was on the market for $4,790,000. It too was a good house with a big backyard and a pool, but was more traditional than this house. And it didn’t have that family room.

It was on the market for several weeks at least and I think it sold right around list.

This house that I like more and needs no work is listed at…

$4,875,000.

I don’t think it will sit for long.
