This is not what I was expecting.

When I saw the photo of the outside of this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom row house with a detached garage at 128 Margueretta Street in Brockton Village in Toronto, I was not picturing what I ended up seeing inside.

I thought this place was going to need a lot of work.

Instead, someone has already done the work. This is a nice house.

The floors are good. The kitchen is a new and is a good size. I’m not super crazy about the bathrooms but they are done. The only things that looks like it hasn’t been touched are the basement bathroom and the backyard. Oh, and the front.

But, overall, this is a good house with parking and a basement rental unit.

It’s listed at $1,499,900.

This house is nice on the inside…

But I’m not sure it is $1.5 million nice.

Then again, things have been selling higher than I thought (with a few exceptions). Maybe it will go over.
