Last week, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2+1 bathroom semi on a 24.75 x 122 foot lot with a 2 story coach house and 1 garage parking spot at 336 Berkeley Street in the Garden District.

It was a house that I posted before in 2015 when the asking price was $1,149,000. I thought it would sell closer to $1,369,000. It sold for $1,165,000.

This time around, with what looked like no changes, the asking price was $1,598,000. Because of the last sold price, I thought that would be a little high.

I was wrong, this time around at least because this house sold…

For approximately $1,780,000.
