AND IT WENT FOR - 66 Tranby Avenue - ANNEX, TORONTO

Two weeks ago, I posted this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 22.5 x 99.2 foot lot with 1 parking spot at 66 Tranby Avenue in the Annex in Toronto.

It was a house that I had posted 2 years ago after it had been redone by Darcy Ward and Alexis Walker of 3Gen Development and was designed by architect Betsy Williamson of Williamson Williamson Inc, formerly known as Williamson Chong Architects.

It was a great house but I thought the asking price of $3,800,00 then was a little high. It didn’t sell and a couple of months later, the price was dropped to $3,699,000. It sold a month later for $3.6 million.

A few weeks ago, it was back on the market for $3,995,000 which was only a 5% annual increase but I still thought it was a little high.

Turns out, it sold a week after I posted it just over the 2016 asking price of $3.8 for approximately…

$3.87 million.
