This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on a 13.58 x 70 foot lot at 28 Afton Avenue in Beaconsfield Village in Toronto.

It’s a row house in the middle of a long row of houses including the one 2 doors over at 24 Afton Avenue that I posted in 2013…

That house was a 3 bedroom, 2 bathoom row house on a 13.58 x 70 foot lot with a sort of finished basement.

This house has only 2 bedrooms.

But the house in the middle of these 2 homes at 26 Afton Avenue just sold a week or so ago. Here is what it looked like…

But I can’t find what it was listed for or what it sold for.

The house at 24 Afton that was a 3 bedroom was listed at $649,000 in 2013. It sold for $761,000 (making it a $1,225,000 house today with an annual 10% increase).

This house that is 1 less bedroom and 1 less bathroom is listed at…

$1,069,000.

I really want to know what the attached 2 bedroom at 26 Afton just sold for.
