PRICE DROP - 160 Borden Street - HARBORD VILLAGE, TORONTO
In July, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi with a detached 2 car garage on a 27.33 x 138 foot lot at 160 Borden Street in Harbord Village.
It was a house done by 3Gen Development Group, the same people behind the house at 66 Tranby Avenue…
That recently sold for $3.87 million.
Like that house, this house was very well done. But I couldn’t figure out what was going on with the basement…
Either that kid is really tall or the ceiling height is really low. But since that was the only photo, it was hard to tell.
Otherwise, it was a really well done house. But the price was a little high.
The asking price for this house was $3,649,000. It looks like it never sold and it is back on the matker with some new photos of the basement…

And the price has been dropped…
To $3,499,000.
Despite the basement not being as cramped as it looked before, I’m still sure it will sell at ask. Probably not far off, but not quite at ask.
