This is a 6 bedroom, 10 bathroom house on a half acre lot at 1126 Wolfe Avenue in First Shaughnessy in Vancouver.

Because there is no photo of the front of the house and the street view photo looks like this...

I used the model photo of the house from the wesbsite of the designer (and architect?) Richard Salter Interiors.

So, this is a new build that used to look like this...

And I am guessing is Salter's own house (I could be wrong) and it is basically a flip.

As far as 'flips' go, this one is a little pricey.  Sure, it's in Vancouver...

But this house is the 5th most expensive house listed in Canada right now (the most expensive listing is the impressive but kind of boring penthouse also in Vancouver with a listing price of $38,000,000).

The asking price for this house is...

$34,800,000.
