What is the first thing you think of when you see the photo above?

No, it's not how amazing that photoshopped car looks.

It's this house that I posted last January at 154 Albany Avenue in the Annex...

When I came across this listing and saw that photo of this house, I couldn't believe how similar this house was to that house in the Annex.

Then I saw the interior photos and thought that this was basically the same house with the same grey paint and kitchen...   

Then I got to this...

And realized that the person who built the house in the Annex had built the exact same house in Saskatoon (random).

But actually, this house has not been built yet and the photos for this house are actually the photos of the Annex house from last year.  So, if you aren't into that tile in the bathroom, perhaps you could have that changed before the house is built. 

Here is what this house looks like now...

As this is the same house as the Annex, it is also a 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom house but it sits on a larger lot.  The Annex house was on a 40 x 53.44 foot lot.  This house sits on a 40 x 175 foot lot.

And as this is not Toronto, the price is lower.

The Toronto house was listed at $2,500,000.  It sold about 3.5% under ask.

This house that is in Saskatoon but on a larger lot is listed at...

$1,900,000.

It's been on the market for 3 months.
