This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 1 parking spot on a 18.75 x 135 foot lot at 53 Palmerston Avenue in Trinity-Bellwoods.

It is a house that used to look like this...

Apparently, it used to be a coach house with a driveway running through the house.  So, I guess that explains the huge window at the front that looks like a store front...

And the bi-level first floor...

Two of the things I'm not really into in this house.

Overall, it is a great house.  I like all the finishes from the exposed beam to the black hardware, the floors, the light fixtures, the bathrooms (though I would add a door to that third floor bathroom), the huge window at the back of the house, and the garage.

But I don't love that front window or the bi-level first floor at all.

If that doesn't bother you though, this is a great house.
