It was the listing video for the 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse condo with 1 parking spot at 318 King Street West.

This condo is not a penthouse but it is also located in 'The King East' building.

It is a 1+1 (where is the +1?) bedroom, 1 bathroom house with 1 parking spot at #603 318 King Street East.

It is a lot smaller than the penthouse condo and is definitely not as bright but I prefer the overall style of this condo.  I definitely prefer the kitchen.

The asking price for the penthouse was $2,150,000 with $1,196.62 monthly fees.  It sold fast.

This condo is listed at $719,000 with $490.20 monthly fees.

I'm guessing it will sell fast as well...
