This is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with 2 parking spots on a 24.37 x 123 foot lot at 228 Wineva Avenue in the Beaches.
It is a house that used to look like this last year when it was listed at $1,588,000...
It was fully gutted and I like what they have done.
The back bedrooms aren't exactly big and it might have worked better as just 2 bedrooms on the second floor, each with an ensuite. But if you need 4 bedrooms, this works. There is laundry on the second floor which is convenient if you are okay with the noise (basement laundry or second floor laundry?). The master bedroom on the third floor is a good size with a nice bathroom and a walk out deck. And the backyard is a good size.
Basically, it's an all around good flip.
But it has been on the market for more than a month. In January, it was listed at $2,650,000.
It hasn't sold and the price was just dropped to...
$2,549,000.
