In July, I posted a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with 2 parking spots on a 17.50 x 104.50 foot lot at 24A Frankdale Avenue in East York...

The listing said 24A but the photos were from this house, the attached neighbour.  It is a 2 house development on a former 35 foot lot that used to look like this...

So, the 2 houses are 17.5 feet wide (or less considering the walkways on the side of the houses) and they are pretty narrow.

But, for the most part, it is a really good house. 

When it was listed in July, the asking price was $1,550,000.  I said that if the market were the way it had been in April of that year, it probably would go for $1,650,000.

But considering the market was changing and this was only 3 bedrooms, it would be interesting to see what was going to happen with this one.

Well, I'm not sure if 24A sold and now this one is for sale or if it is still the same house (though the listing says this is the 'b side', but this place is now on the market for...

$1,455,000.

P.S.  Not so sure about that tile in the kitchen...
