I just don't get what the heating situation is as the listing says 'other'.  But I am guessing it is in-floor heating.

It could be a sundial but it's not the first thing that came to mind when I saw it.

If you are looking for waterfront property just outside of the city and are looking for modern, this is a great option.

But this house has been listed since at least August 2017 when this video was taken...

So, perhaps the heating thing is an issue, or the amount of bedrooms, or maybe it's the price.

This house is listed at...

$2,500,000.

I don't know but with 800 feet of waterfront, it seems kind of reasonable to me.

Or maybe it's because of the proximity to this...

The Darlington Nuclear Generating Station.

But if that doesn't bother you, it's a really good house.
