Looking for a pied-a-terre in Yorkville? If yes, this might not be the place.
This is a 10,200 square foot (does that include the 5,000 square feet of terrace?) condo on 2 levels with 3 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 4 parking spots at #1400 - 155 Cumberland Street in Yorkville, Toronto.
When I saw this photo, I thought it was the lobby of the building...
But that is the hallway of this condo.
When I googled this condo, I came across this website from 2013 that had this place listed then at $19,000,000(US?).
And from this video, it has actually been listed since 2011...
When it was listed at $28,000,000.
So....
I'm not really getting the new price. If it didn't sell at $19,000,000 (which was about $24M in 2011)...
Why has the price been increased to...
$31,500,000!?!?!?!?!?!
According to TorontoRealtyBlog, this Four Seasons penthouse condo that had not yet been built sold for $28M in 2012...
So maybe $31.5M isn't so crazy.
But it has been on the market for 7 years.
