PRICE DROP - 441 Heath Street East - BENNINGTON HEIGHTS, TORONTO (23 Comments)
Two days ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom house on a 50 x 100 foot lot at 441 Heath Street East in Bennington Heights.
It was a really good new build that had a few things about it that I wasn't so crazy about like the brown book shelves in the family room...
But overall, this was a great family house in a very family friendly neighbourhood.
So it was weird that this house hadn't sold after almost 2 months ago (at least) on the market. I suggested that perhaps that price was a bit too high.
This house was listed at $4,800,000.
