If you are in the market for a bungalow right now, it seems as though Swansea is your place.

Two days ago, I posted a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom bungalow with a detached garage at 4 Mayfield Avenue in the Swansea neighbourhood of Toronto.

It was a house that kind of had a weird floor plan and a dated-ish kitchen (if the cabinets were white, I would kind of be into that green granite).  But overall, it was a bright, updated for the most part, and a very charming house.

It was listed at $1,499,000.

This house is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow with 2 parking spots on a 30 x 120 foot lot a few blocks away at 31 Armadale Avenue.

It sort of looks like a flip to me and I don't really get those dark wood built-ins or the kitchen layout (an island would have worked really well here).  But the layout is better here with an open concept living area and above ground bedrooms.  And it has a better backyard.
