This is a 2 bedroom plus den, 3 bathroom, almost 2000 square foot town house with a 233 square foot rooftop terrace and 2 parking spots at #16 50 Barlett Avenue in the Bartlett Laneway development.
The development itself was done by Audax Architecture for Curated Properties and was completed in 2016.

The units were initially designed by Nivek Rimas but this unit has been designed by teb Interiors and there is a lot going on but that is their style.
As for the design overall, I really like it...for the most part. This unit is at the end of the development (on the bottom left of the above photo) so has 2 walls of windows, but there is something kind of claustrophobic about it. Or maybe it's just me.
There is a lot going on in this town house with the interior design but if it's too much for you, when everything is taken out, it's still a great townhouse (if it doesn't feel claustrophobic to you).
It's large, it's bright, all the finishes are great, and there is a rooftop deck that is a good size (but again, I find it claustrohphobic because of that metal wall).
