This is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with 5 parking spots including a detached garage on a 50 x 138.58 foot lot at 78 Alexandra Boulevard in Lytton Park.
From the front, it doesn't look like a huge house but it is deceivingly large. It has lots of living space and a huge family room at the back. The bedrooms are all a good size. The basement is large with good ceiling height. And the backyard is big with a pool (not loving the stone of the deck or a lot of landscaping).
It was listed last week and I have been meaning to post it but got distracted.
Unfortunately, if you are interested, you are SOL because this house has apparently sold.
I'm not sure how much it sold for but it was listed at $3,795,000.
At first when I saw the listing last week, I thought that was a little high. But then I realized this house has everything and is close to Yonge Street but far enough away that it doesn't need to worry about shoppers parking in front. And there hasn't been a lot on the market in this neighbourhood recently.
So, now my guess is that it sold for ask...
Or somewhere closer to $3,895,000...
Maybe $4.2? Or would that be nuts.
