A little over a year ago, I posted this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 13 x 36.90 (not a typo) foot lot at 120 Shaftesbury Avenue in Summerhill.
It wasn't a big house but it showed really well.
It is listed at $1,198,000.
I didn't think it would sit for long and wasn't sure it would go over...
But considering it was Summerhill, probably.
It didn't do either and it is back on the market with a slight price drop.
The new price for this 13 foot wide row house is...
$1,180,000.
