It is a house that is located 4 doors down from the then creepy house at 58 Annette Street that I posted in 2012...

Unlike that house, this house isn't creepy and has been completely renovated.

But it's not going to be for everyone.

They have removed the middle room of the second floor and made an open staircase that is open on the second floor as well...

Which means that in a house that already isn't that big, a lot of space is lost.  But if you don't need the space and you are okay with the tiny 3rd floor bedrooms, this is a really interesting and original house.
