Last year, I posted a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom duplex (or triplex) with 2 parking spaces on a 20.33 x 131.92 foot lot at 166 Dovercourt Road in Beaconsfield Village...

According to that Globe and Mail article, it was built by Laleh Rouhani (who also happened to be the agent) of Luloo Boutique Homes who was behind this house at 68 Dovercourt Road that I posted years ago when there was no listing photo of the front of the house.  

When I posted it, the living room looked like this...

I'm not sure I love that.

Upstairs, they did fix the bathroom issue that I had a problem with.  Before, the bathroom was completely open to the bedroom...

There is now a sliding door...

Which may or may not create more sound privacy but at least there is visual privacy.

When it was listed in 2012, the initial asking price was $1,198,000 after being listed at $529,900 in May 2011.  It didn't sell and the price was dropped to $1,119,000 3 months later.

I'm not sure what it sold for but it is back on the market 6 years later for...

$2,285,000...

Which is more than a 10% annual increase if you assume it sold at the second price.

So, if that is too much for you, this place is also for lease for $10,283/month.
