GINA LOLLOBRIGIDA'S FORMER TORONTO HOME GETS ANOTHER PRICE DROP (1 Comment)
This is taking a long time.
Two and a half years ago, I posted this 7+2 bedroom, 13 bathroom house on a 155.29 x 246.67 foot lot at 120 Inglewood Drive in Moore Park that is apparently called Glendoveer.
It used to be home to Italian actress, photographer, and sculptor Gina Lollobrigida...
Who moved to Toronto with then husband, Milko Skofic, in 1960.
Here she is signing autographs in front of Casa Loma...
Lollobrgida starred in movies with old school Hollywood actors, Burt Lancaster, Tony Curtis, Frank Sinatra, Rock Hudson, Sandra Dee, Yul Brynner, and Ernest Borgnine.
And there is definitely an old school Hollywood feel to the living room...
But $16,800,000!?!
I thought that was WAY too high. Or as I said in my original post...
I'm thinking it is more than just a little bit too high.
Six months later, the price was dropped to $14,880,000.
Then a year later on July 4, which happened to be Gina Lollobrigida's 90th birthday...
I posted the drop of $80,000 to $14,800,000.
Almost a year later, it has had another drop.
The new price for this house is now...
$12,980,000.
And while we wait for the next drop...
Here is a video of Lollobrigida in 1984 during a Falcon Crest press junket tour...
And here she is arriving in LA in January 2018 (1:16 is my favourite part)...
And here she is in February 2018 receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame...
