PRICE DROP #3 - 15 Gregory Avenue - ROSEDALE, AVENUE (2 Comments)
In November, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom house on a 40 x 125 foot lot with a detached garage at 15 Gregory Avenue in Rosedale.
It was a house that used to look like this...
It was a good renovation on the inside. But the outside? They moved the garage to the side of the house that would have been the logical spot for a yard and left what was the 'garage' as the yard that basically watches traffic all day.
Which may explain why it had already been on the market for a month when I posted it.
Or maybe, just maybe, it was the price.
This house was initially listed at...
$5,795,000.
So, yeah, no. Not going to happen.
By December, the price had dropped to $4,995,000.
By February, it was down to $4,695,000.
As expected, it has had another drop. The new price for this house is...
$3,998,000.
That's a big drop but...
Still not going to happen.
