Two years ago, I posted a house at 66 Tranby Avenue in the Annex...

It was a flip done by 3Gen Development Group and the design was done by architects Williamson - Williamson. 

I am not sure if they were the architects behind this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi with a detached 2 car garage on a 27.33 x 138 foot lot at 160 Borden Street in Harbord Village.

But this is definitely the work of 3Gen Development Group.

And like the house at 66 Tranby, I really like this one.

But what's the deal with this basement...

That ceiling height seems REALLY low or that kid is extremely tall.
