This is a 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom house with a detached garage and a parking pad on a 37.41 x 144.25 foot lot at 232 Rose Park Drive in Moore Park, Toronto.

According to the listing, it is an architect’s own home. And from a quick google search, it looks like that architect is Alex Rebanks of Alex Rebanks Architects who was behind the renovations of Pusateri’s and Hudson’s Bay.

There is only one other residence in the portfolio that is located in Blue Mountain which I am thinking is the owner’s place as well because it also contains that natural wood posts that are used in this kitchen/family room and basement…

As for the house itself, it is a great family house. It is really bright. It has a family room, a large kitchen with lots of storage, a mud room, good sized rooms with lots of bathrooms, an upstairs laundry room, a huge basement with an extra bedroom, and a large third floor master suite.

It’s just that the kitchen/family room addition takes up a lot of the backyard space so it isn’t the largest backyard for the price.

But the house overall is very impressive.

$4,800,000.
