This is a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with 3 parking spots on a 29 x 106.66 foot lot at 33 Thelma Avenue in Forest Hill in Toronto.

It’s not a huge house but it is interesting.

According to this Globe and Mail article from 2011 when this house was last listed and looked like this…

This house was built in 1968. Apparently, it was last renovated in 1986 and the owner who had bought it in 2005 said that all they did when they moved in was paint.

From the looks of the current photos, only the flooring on the first floor has been changed since. That is a good reno to still look good after 30 years!!!

In 2005, those owners put in a bully offer for the house at $1,340,000 but another buyer offered to pay an additional $250,000. So, I am guessing that they bought this house for $1,590,000(?).

When they listed it in 2011, the asking price was $1,850,000.

I’m not sure what it sold for then but the asking price now is…

$2,895,000.
