And I really like what they have done. The first floor has been opened up with new floors and a new kitchen with lots of storage and a Le Creuset pot…
And they have added a bathroom on the first floor.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are a good size with a good new bathroom. The basement wasn’t dug out but it is a lot better than it was before and they added another bathroom there.
But while this house is really good…
Why didn’t they change the windows!?!
I don’t get it.
Otherwise, this is a good house if you are okay with having a side yard facing the street rather than a more private back yard.
The price is…
$1,275,000.
At that price, this place should have new windows.
