Last week, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with 1 parking spot on a 25 x 142 foot lot at 14 Admiral Road in the Annex in Toronto.

It was a great family house with what I thought would be a lot of appeal to many people.

It was listed at $4,695,000.

Unsurpisingly, it sold fast.

And over ask at approximately $5.03 million.
