At the beginning of August, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 4,128 total square foot house with a 3 car garage on a 24.67 x 137 foot lot at 167 Lisgar Street in Beaconsfield Village in Toronto.

It was a good house but I wasn’t crazy about the bathroom tile throughout the house.

When I posted it, it had already been on the market for a few weeks with an asking price of $3,189,000 so the price was probably high.

But after seeing the listing video which showed the house even better than the photos (though those were still really good)…

I didn’t think the price was soooo crazy. Maybe $2.9 instead?

This week, it had a price drop…

To $2,999,500.
