In June, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom row house on a 15 x 130 foot lot at 68 Dovercourt Road in the West Queen West neighbourhood of Toronto.

It was a house that I first posted in 2012 when it had just been flipped by Luloo Boutique Homes, the same people behind the house at 68 Dovercourt Road...

When I posted this house, I was pretty impressed by what they had done with a 15 x 130 foot row house lot because it felt big.  But I wasn't crazy about the master bedroom not having a door to the bathroom...

It was listed at $1,198,000 before it had a price drop to $1,119,000.  I am not sure what it sold for but it was back on the market in June with a door to the that bathroom...

The asking price was $2,285,000.  It was also for lease for $10,283/month.

Looks like it didn't sell or get rented out because this place has now had a price drop to... 

$2,195,000.

That still might be a little high.
