It has since been completely renovated. And though I would prefer that wall of cabinets with the fridge to be white, it is overall a really good reno. Everything has been redone. It just needs a new fence on the north side to create some privacy from that side door of the high school next door.
Otherwise, it is a great house close to transit.
And I was going to post it last night but I am glad I didn’t because yesterday, the asking price was $889,999.
It was listed for a week and I guess they didn’t get the bidding war they wanted because the price as of today is now…
$1,079,999.
