This is a 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi with 2 parking spots on a 15.35 x 102 foot lot at 70 Salisbury Avenue in Cabbagetown in Toronto.

Since then, the first floor has been opened up with new floors, new paint, and a new kitchen (that I’m kind of on the fence about).

With the first floor renovation and a new kitchen, the asking price is now…

$1,695,000.

Accounting for the reno alone, that increase makes for a very expesive reno. But I suppose this increase is to cover fees as well.
