Two days ago, I posted this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 1 parking spot on a 20 x 60 foot lot at 80 Condor Avenue in The Pocket neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was a house that reminded me a lot of the house at 230 Bain Avenue in Riverdale that I posted in May…

The didn’t look alike on the outside but the concept was felt the same with a similar layout and staging. And as it turned out, it looks like the same staging as they shared a painting…

And I could be wrong but that doesn’t look like a common painting.
