FOR LEASE - 245 Perth Avenue PH - JUNCTION TRIANGLE, TORONTO (3 Comments)

This is a 2+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1,834 square foot penthouse with 1 garage parking spot in the Arch Lofts at 245 Perth Avenue in the Junction Triangle neighbourhood in Toronto.

It is a development by Windmill Development Group Ltd and was designed by CariCari Lee Architects with interior design done by Andrea Kantelberg Designs (at least the other units were but I am guessing this one was as well).

According to the developments website, this unit sold after the 2017 completion as can be seen by this floorplan of this unit…

But according to HouseSigma, it has been listed since May of 2018 with no sale. So, I’m guessing we are missing a sale somewhere. And I think it was probably initially an unfinished sale because that 2018 listing only had concept design renderings. But it was listed at $2,795,000 or for lease for $9000/month so maybe it was finished (I don’t know, I’m confused).

Either way, it seems like they finished the condo and it was back on the market a year later in 2019 for $3,495,000 with $1,404,94 monthly fees when it was the blogTO Condo of the Week.

It didn’t sell and 3 months later, the price was dropped to $3,275,000. Last month, the price was dropped again to $2,975,000.

As of two weeks ago, this place is now for lease for $9,225/month.

Maybe they can throw in the furniture…

Including the outdoor furniture…

But I think those are renderings.
