It has since been renovated and it sort of reminds me of the house in my last post at 198 Glenholme Avenue on the western side of Toronto in the Oakwood neighbourhood…

This house seems to be more thoroughly renovated top to bottom. And instead of a not-updated third floor, this house has a fully finished basement but no third floor.

But they have a similar feel with this one feeling more updated.

This house was listed a month ago for $999,000. It sold for…

$1,360,000.

So, weighing the reno differences and the semi vs. detached premium, will they sell around the same? I’m curious.
