This is a 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom row house with 2 parking spots on a 17 x 105 foot lot at 29 Borden Street in Harbord Village in Toronto.

It is a really good house that has been renovated with what looks like new floors, a new kitchen, new bathrooms (except the basement), and what I think are new windows. And the basement is set up as a separate apartment that seems to have a fair amount of space.

The roof gables (is that what it’s called) look like they may need to be painted and I’m not sure what’s going on with that roof, plus the backyard isn’t huge…

But this is a move-in-ready house with potential income in a high demand location.

So…

I’m thinking the asking price is NOT going to be the final price.

Seems a little low. Maybe it has something to do with this guy parked out front…

P.S. I don’t get the 2 dining tables.
