Was in 2013 when it was the home to Kia Waese's clothing shop, R.A.D., and the upstairs was the home she shared with her artist/contractor/software programmer husband, Jerry Waese.

A year after this Dundas house was listed in 2013, RAD moved out of the space and it was taken over by Drake’s OVO pop-up shop and it remains today…
But this house is on the market again.
I can’t tell if it ever sold when it was listed 6 years ago or not because a lot of the furniture is the same like the dining chairs, the patio chairs, the couch upstairs, and the light beside it.
But whether or not it sold then, it is back on the market as of yesterday.
The new asking price for this house is…
