It isn’t huge at only 800-899 square feet but it is bright, there are the 2 bathrooms, there is an outdoor space, and if you are into Ossington, the location is amazing. And being on the 5th floor, you are a little removed from all the action (sort of).

I’m not sure I would call that front hall space a +1 bedroom, but it is a good space for an office like it is now. Or perhaps it could be used as a ‘mud room’ area where you keep your coats and bike or stroller type thing which is a big plus to have in a condo. But I wouldn’t say it’s an ideal space for a bedroom.
