At the end of November, I posted this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 4,395 square foot (3,225 above ground and 1,170 in the basement) house on a 82.42 x 46.62 foot lot at 88 Glenrose Avenue in Moore Park in Toronto. 

It was a new build on a lot that used to look like this…

So, it’s a HUGE improvement with an amazing rooftop patio view…

But, umm…

The location!

It’s on a very busy street…

And the asking price was $3,988,000 million!?!

It’s a nice house but that seemed a little high for the location so it’s no surprise that this house has had a price drop.

The new price for this house is…

$3,775,000.

Huh.
