It was listed over a month ago but I have been meaning to post it ever since because this house has a lot of personality.

The bedrooms are all large as are the bathrooms. The kitchen is a new Bulthaup kitchen. There is a kitchenette in the basement which would be great for a nanny suite. And the lot is really big which means there is lots of room for an addition.

It is very colourful and that might not be your thing. But if you didn’t like that, some paint would make a big difference. The floors look like they are the original and have seen better days but I feel like it kind of adds to the charm and personality of the house.

Only problem is that there is no parking.

But that didn’t stop this house from selling fast and over ask.

This house was listed at $1,849,000. It sold in a week for $1,975,000.

Whether the house stays as is or gets renovated with or without an addition…
