116 Ulster Street - PALMERSTON (5 Comments)

This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1,250 square foot house on a 37 x 39.5 foot lot at 116 Ulster Street in the Palmerston neighbourhood in Toronto.

According to the listing, it used to be a coach house in 1905. Since then, it has been completely renovated and while it isn’t a huge house, if you are looking for a condo alternative, it is a great option.

I actually kind of love it.

The maple floors look great. The kitchen is a good size. The bathroom is completely renovated. And the yard (which is on the left in the photo above) is a surprisingly good size considering this used to be a coach house.

The only problem is that it is on a laneway. But if you don’t mind that someone has put this artwork on your exterior wall…

Then it’s not really a big deal.

This house is listed at $1,189,000.

I don’t think it’s going to sit for long.

P.S. What happened on April 20, 1936?
