If you weren’t into pink, you would like the house. But I felt like the house had a vibe that reminded me of this…
It was listed at $1,379,000. After a drop to $1,329,000, most likely because this is what was beyond the fence in the backyard…
It eventually sold for $1,225,000.
And after the sale, they moved down the street to this house at 383 Pine Avenue, a house that used to look like this…
This 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 50 x 140.72 foot lot has a little bit less of a Wooderson vibe but is still a good looking house with a great kitchen (not sure if this one was also designed with the help of Meredith Heron like the last one).
It’s a bright house with wood floors that I love and concrete in the basement. And they have added a garage and landscaped the backyard with a 2 tier deck and turf.
I just wish I could see the bathrooms. That is usually a sign that they aren’t done but I doubt that is the case in this house.
Only thing is it backs onto Cornwall Road like the old house. And it is only 3 bedrooms.
But it is a great, move-in-ready house on a good sized lot.
